Our professional hair and makeup experts can come to you. We are currently based in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Hunter Valley/Newcastle, Melbourne, Perth and Canberra but are continually expanding. Anywhere you travel and for whatever the occasion, we hope you find a Sapphire stylist nearby.
As many as you like! Our teams are flexible and growing so we can handle large group bookings, provided you confirm numbers in advance. We can tailor a package that suits your specific needs and within your allocated time frame.
Our artists are fully equipped to set up in any area that is available. We do prefer a well-lit area but can adapt to or provide lighting alternatives if required. Our stylists will only work on a smoke free, safe environment.
We try to make it to all clients within a reasonable distance from each hub. If you are within an hour’s drive of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Port Macquarie, Hunter Valley/Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Canberra, we should be able to come to your location but just check in with us as our teams don’t mind a road trip (within reason) now and then! We do charge travel outside of each CBD region and will quote you on this upfront.
To allow our team to focus on what they do best, we do not currently offer haircuts or colours. We generally do have recommended salons we refer our clients on to, so feel free to ask!
The cost will depend on what you require so have a browse over our full service menu on our pricing page. We will always send a quote before confirming your booking so there are no surprise extras you didn’t know about.
The products we use are many and varied, however we can assure you they are all professional-quality. Talk to us about your sensitive skin requirements before your appointment and we will make sure we have you covered. All our artists’ kits stock their favourite brands that they know and trust to achieve long lasting, flawless results.
Timing will vary depending on your hair length, styles required and any time restrictions you may have. However, in general, it is best to allow an hour and a half, per person, for a full hair and makeup service.
We can send multiple hair and makeup artists to style a group booking or wedding party so just let us know your numbers and the time you need to be ready by, and we will work out the rest for you.
If you’d rather keep it subtle – no problem! As you will find on our social pages and gallery, we proudly work with all ethnic backgrounds and are committed to creating the individual look that you desire. Keeping it natural or glamming it to the max, it doesn’t matter to us. Whatever is your thing, we can make it happen!
We love it when you have ideas and inspiration images for us! It helps paint us a picture of what you want to achieve overall. We do ask you to send us pictures in advance but we will definitely work with you to create your ideal look if you are stuck for ideas – that’s what we are here for after all!
Rest assured our stylists are all trained professionals so if we think a slight variation of your inspiration image will work better for your particular face, shape, outfit or colouring, we will give you our expert opinion and guidance until you love your chosen look that we have created.
With that being said, we are not magicians so we do always kindly ask for your perspective and reasonable expectations. Even with some awesome trade tricks up our sleeves, we cannot physically make you look like Margot Robbie! But we do promise you’ll be the most stunning version of yourself, which is even better, don’t you think?
Yes. However, cancellation fees may apply. The fees will vary depending on what stage the order has progressed to upon notice of cancellation. Full payment will be required if the products have already been decorated.
